Technical questions
Everything to do with how the platform works, such as signing in, course access, grades and certificates, is handled through the support desk. That way your request does not get lost and reaches the engineers directly.
Questions about course content, assignments and deadlines are handled by the course teacher, so it is best to ask them inside the course itself.
